The Indianapolis Zen Center will be holding a Foundations of Zen course on March 3rd 1:00pm - 4:30pm. We offer the Foundations of Zen class as an orientation to our practice forms, and as an overview of Zen history and philosophy. Participants will receive instruction in sitting meditation and other basic practice forms of the Kwan Um School of Zen, as well as, information on the historical context of Zen. In addition, students have an opportunity to address the issue of practicing Zen while concurrently practicing another faith, and explore the integration of Zen practice into everyday life. If you would like to attend the course please fill out a registration form and mail it to the Indianapolis Zen Center. There is a $20 fee for this course.
